History
Our company was started in 1946 by Jim Keever, Sr. It was expanded in 1975 to include engine machine shop services. Keever Auto & Machine became a member of the Automotive Engine Rebuilders Association in 1989 and is still a member.
Machine Shop
We have the most complete machine shop in the area. Our facility houses over 20 high-tech machines to provide unwavering quality and accuracy. Our commitment to quality has devoted many circle track and drag racers to our service.
Repair Shop
We have three repair bays, one with a hydraulic lift. We have a huge inventory of hand, air, and speciality tools to ensure that your repair is completed as quickly as possible to get you back on the road. We repair everything from compact imports to luxury motor homes to 1000+ horsepower race cars.
Owner
Jim Keever, Jr. bought ownership of Keever Auto & Machine from his father in 1988. Jim is the only machinist in the area to have a B.S. in machine and metals technology. He has attended training seminars by Joe Mondello, Ray Evernham and Earl Gertie to name a few as well as attended AREA conventions.
